This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The left side has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
So. Yesterday my mother, my sister and I all went to the mall. My sister need a dress for the "snow ball" a dance of sorts. We found one. in JCpenny. And then we went to payless to see if we couldn't find her some shoes. DARE by the Gorillaz came on while we were in there. But, we found no shoes. We then went to best buy. Why? because earlier that day my mother had taken money out of my bank account. We went to buy me a laptop. It's an HP and it's white. I was sick of the shitty desktop in my basement always crapping out on me. And then we went across the way, while my mother and sister went to famous footwear I went to Barnes and Noble. The first thing I did was run over to the magazines. I wanted to grab the issue of alternative press with the article about MCR. They made several different versions with different band members on the front. I couldn't find the version with the whole band on it. So I got the one with Frank on the cover. (don't judge me!)
After that, I wandered over to the section that has the manga and graphic novels. I was browsing, and just happened to look down. I notice Umbrella academy and eh! what's this! the second book! Dallas? I had to have it.
I did only check out Umbrella Academy because Gerard was involved...But. I was quickly much more impressed with Gabriel Ba's work, than I was with Gerard's writing.
I remember the day. I was in the big Barnes and Noble in Holyoke. I was upstairs browsing through the manga. When the words "umbrella academy" popped out at me from the comics rack. I knew that that was Gerard's comic, so what could I do, I picked it up. it just so happened to be chapter 6 of Dallas. and I unfortunately opened right to the page where Number 5 eats Carmichael. You know...the fish in the suit. That was the day I bought "Life on the murder scene" That was a good day. I bought Apocalypse Suit, at borders not long after that. I had to read it twice to really understand what happened, what with all the time travel and whatnot.
Dallas was easier to understand, although, there was probably even more time travel weirdness. I saw, that in Dallas Gerard's writing was actually a bit better. And Gabriel Ba's work, was as impressive as ever.
I have a feeling...that Hazel and Cha-Cha....will be making an appearance in a deviation shortly. Those two sure are creepy. And poor Agnes, Costello's sure does go through a load of shit.
